Molly Moon
I provide biblical counseling to help people walk through life experiences such as relational struggles, feelings of sadness, shame, loneliness, anger, and anxiety. My desire is to come alongside individuals in their lives, especially in seasons when they feel alone in a large and often overwhelming world.
Sometimes it is helpful to talk with someone outside of family, friends, or one’s local church community. My hope is to offer a compassionate and faith-centered perspective where people can share their stories openly and be heard with care.
I seek to honor each person’s story as we walk together in conversation and reflection. My prayer is that people would find renewed hope in Christ and grow toward greater peace, strength, and flourishing in their lives.
My Approach
My approach as a biblical counselor is not a cookie-cutter method. Instead, I seek to walk alongside each person as they consider their emotions, thoughts, and the way they view their daily lives through a biblical lens. Biblical counseling with me will look different for each individual, as every person carries a unique and complex life story. My desire is to help people grow in understanding, faith, and hope as they navigate their personal experiences in light of Scripture.
What makes biblical counseling unique with me as your counselor is my training in Marriage and Family studies at Bethel Seminary in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In our conversations, I seek to come alongside you with care and wisdom. I also keep a focus on Scripture as the foundation for understanding life, relationships, and personal growth. We will look at your struggles and questions through a biblical lens, trusting that God’s Word speaks into both the heart and everyday life. My goal is to help you grow in faith, better understand how God has designed you, and walk with Him more faithfully in a broken world.
Mental and emotional struggles are addressed throughout Scripture, where we see people experience grief, anger, betrayal, loss, joy, redemption, hope, and love. The Bible gives language for these real human experiences and shows us how God meets people in the midst of them. Looking at our lives through the lens of Scripture helps Christians understand their stories, find encouragement in God’s truth, and grow in faith as they walk through life’s challenges.
