I ask that if you need to cancel an appointment that a minimum of a 24 hour notice given in order to respect the time of the biblical counselor. If a 24 hour notice is not given, there may be $25 deposit prior to the next appointment. Deposit will be returned after 3 consecutively kept appointments. I understand that unexpected things do pop-up, and the deposit is waivable by your counselor on these occasions.
