To respect both your time and the time of our biblical counselors, we require at least 24 business hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. To change or reschedule an appointment, please reach out directly to your counselor or the Ezer Biblical Counseling Center (EBCC) staff member. Please review this quick refresher on our appointment policies:

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours' notice are subject to the full session fee.

No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee. Please note that multiple no-shows may result in termination of services.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened to fit the remaining time, and you will still be responsible for the full session fee. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late are considered a missed appointment and are subject to the full fee.
